My wife showed me an email from her friends sister about a fund raiser for her sister's little boy who has leukemia.
Three trips to the doctors before someone sharp enough pursued in the right direction.
It tears me up when the little ones are harmed by this stuff.

We need some help. Just got a distressing phone call from my wife in Seattle. Connection was lousy, but what I got is she and the mother of the twins and Ianna are in need of help. They are both in distress. Ianna has in this last stage of intense treatments and the one yesterday has put her in another world. She has come unglued, screaming, running around the house and smashing things. Add to this the twins who are deep distress with the start of teething. Mommy and Nana are coming unglued. I would appreciate a special prayer for strength and comfort for the two of them and calm and healing for Ianna.

Good morning. A bad report from Seattle last night. Wife called as I was jumping into bed. Wee one is supposed to be in the final saturation 5 days in a row six hour drip. After that comes the weaning, testing, and if all well, they can move back to the island. Count is down to 200 - - they need 750 to continue. This could very well delay their ability to leave the mainland. Trouble is, where do they stay - - their lease is up the end of January. Son has all ready approached the owners concerning staying flexible on the end date. We will see how that ends up. Hopefully it will not be required.

Your prayers are appreciated. Not out of the woods yet.
