Stan, I see you're still kicking the can down the road buddy. I don't think anybody but Twitchit got another truck, as far as silly things you know you can always count on Scott, Bark and Eric. Shorts has been under the weather a bit lately, Heidi is busy and lost her gumption and Scotty still has a busted wing. I'm having to look for another hotel tomorrow that actually has internet services that work reliably.

Still here in northern China. In theory i could be here until at least the end of 2013, but this gig has got really old and may decide to go home to Paradise earlier. Going home for an extended 4 week home leave on Nov 10 and can hardly wait. Unfortunately will be back here for Christmas and the start of the real cold. Hate winter and really dislike the cold! I wanna go home where it is warm and never see snow again. Will really appreciate going back to retirement.

Keep up the good work. On second thoughts, I wonder if some of you would even recognize good work if you fell over it? On a more serious note, hope that all of you reading this have gainful employment. I know that times are getting tough.
Stan - I was still a noob and mostly a lurker around here when you headed overseas, but it is good to hear from you. You seemed like a pretty upstanding and experienced kinda guy from what I could tell from the back corner of the breakroom - I was hiding back there with the dragons and shrews. It is good to read that you are doing well. I hope you and Madhat Mark get home soon, things are a little disheveled these days under Chaikwa and Bark's tutelage.

Evening all. Good to see most of you are still alive and kickin'. Nice to know you're still alive too Stan!

I met Scotty tonite. Kinda have mixed emotions about it tho. It's rather unnerving to awaken and find someone in your bedroom with his hand under your pillow claiming to be the tooth fairy. I took a picture before he could escape and later deny it tho!

We did an event today at the John Ball Zoo in Grand Rapids. Lots of kids came dressed in costume for Halloween and these were a couple of my favorites. Cute kids!

Thanks Sean for the compliments. Upstanding? Will need check with my wife and verify that. Experienced, that I will admit to. However, just do not ask what I am experienced with/on.
Is the dragon and the shrew still alive? Or has the dragon eaten that shewd shrew? Or could that fierce shrew have captured the dragon and is eating it bit by bit, something like a spider does with a fly.

Shorts, hope you soon can crawl out from under that black cloud.

Heidi, good luck in finding your gumption. Maybe there is an apps for that?

Scotty, seems to me that you have had wing or leg problems for years now. Will things ever get better for you? Sure hope so.

I can almost see what you mean about things being disheveled under the tutelage of Scott and Chaikwa. Doubt it would be possible to have things other than disheveled under those two.

Scott, that picture of Scotty is awesome. Just what did he leave under your pillow? Please remember that when you reply to this, that this is a family site.

Nothing but an empty promise and heartbreak.
