how does LA do it? walk in and set down corn bread and sausage? or had you applied for it like 2 years ago....like new york state.

still too windy (22 degrees this AM) for boat launch up North. went out this AM and cut some trees for the annual firewood workout. waiting on the rain so I will make us a nice lunch a finish my jack London book (sniff sniff). what a delight!

good group, it sounds Matt!
Ed, glad you are home safe, be careful about those home projects that seem to leap up and bite ya!
son likes new job, has to drive some tough country for a bit until the apt is ready. he is in quality control, had previous experience with ink set ups from the gun factory, so he adjusted a machine for a clearer image. beat quotas. boss came out of front office to thank him, told him to slow down- time for meeting quotas later. good for him. he never asked what he will be getting paid.

Great Claude or Charley Lima Alpha Uniform Delta Echo! good on ya, want to hear some waxing poetic on the airwaves of Jack Pine town!

do a bit of speed bag, get to business

Good Evening all,
Got a few items crossed off the "crap I need to do but can't seem to find the time" list today.

Nuked hotdogs and Coronas for dinner.
Could never get away with doing that if Wifey was here.........
Got a couple of DVDs to watch tonight, and 6, count 'em 6 channels of TV to watch.

Thank goodness I have an Air Card for my 'work' laptop.

I think I hear another Corona calling my name ............ c-ya later.

Evening all.
you scored well with shovels, no need to waste bullets.

have you ever seen the tool truck from some of these oil field guys? holy cow, one pipe wrench had to be about four feet long...and a chain wrap?
and one foot long torch igniter that could project a flame out four feet.
if he did ranchin' too- watch out, them whips are accurate!
