i was told today by my wife that i have been good so i can spend 1500 for my b-day on my truck. so i will be ordering the fass 155 and injectors tommorrow. cant wait im not gonna sleep tonite

I'm sure she told you a little lie like you told her . Only her's went something like " tonite when the kids are asleep,we can **%#*" and she failed to follow thru. So if it makes you feel better,just think of it as, back at you honey.

 

Check your owners manual. Isn't there a way to disable that?

 

i dont lie, I tell her the truth! Just start spouting off about Cp3's, L/P, silencer ring, pulsewidth, tone ring mods, BDDL, Quad, TST, Edge, AirRaid, MPRB, DTR, CTD, NV5600, etc. She gets the same glassy eyed look I do when she tells me about unimportant chick stuff, when she sees the mod, all you gotta say is I told you, you werent listening to me. ALWAYS put it back on her.

 

I have three trucks, a '91 D350 Dually CTD, a '93 D250 Ext. Cab CTD, and a new (to me) '02 2500 Quad cab CTD. I recently sold my wife's van, so she is driving the '02. When I asked her what she wants for a car, she tells me that she wants a big diesel truck, 4x4, with big tires, and lots of add ons. Why should I lie to her?

 

So you can use the money to BOMB the crap out of the two 1st gens of course.

 

Come on guys.Why tell a little white lie when you have to tell another one on top of that. See I like the way my husband does it. I need this for the truck,I say um ok what do I get for mine lol.This needs to be a new game. Example: he gets bigger injectors ,I get bigger ones too. Hehehehe

you got it all wrong, i get things for the truck...she gets ANYTHING, purses, laptop, wireless router, IPOD... i have to fib a little bit, to keep the $$ flowing into the CTD!!

 

This is the way to deal with this issue. And I am sure it is working both ways. Just ask her about the last time she went clothes/shoe/jewelry shopping. I am sure she will tell you only as much as she thinks you need to know.

Now take me for example, I have no problems when it comes to spending a little money or time on my toys. I also no longer have a wife so that may have something to do with it. Life is now good.
