Daddy got a new toy
Hey guys, wanna see what I bought? Don't ya love it? This truck is so much nicer in terms of fit and finish than the old truck. I can't believe how quiet it is, but you can still hear the turbo sing just right when you're hitting the pedal.

I put one of the radios in about 2 hours after I got it home. Didn't take long, and the install was very easy. I'm not putting all the radios I had in the old truck. When I took the old radios out, I counted 36 holes
No more bombing for me, not with this rig. ;D

Congrats, man. Now you understand why we have been bragging about our 03's. Tremendous difference between this and the 2000 V10. Just finished 2000 miles towing the 36' fiver - - just over 23000 pounds. That sucker just ate those mountains slopes. And, the nicest part was I was not tired at the end of the day. They drive great.
Have fun. ;D ;D

Very nice. The question is, how does Jonah like it?

I haven't taken him in it yet, but I do like the folding floor under the back seats. It gives a level place for him to lay down if I don't take him in the crate. I will have to find another shell to put on the truck, but this time I'm going to get me a system in place to quickly install or remove the shell because taking it off for camping trips in the past was a huge pain. The bad thing is that there is no real good truck for rescue. With all the equipment and tools that I have, there is no real solution for it all. The back seat needs just a bit more room and his crate would fit perfect back there. :-

Sweet ride, Jack. I rode in a 2003 last summer, and I couldn't believe how quiet it was. Is that a differential I see peeking out from under the front end?

Yep, it's the differential. Tell ya what, this thing rides smooth for a one ton. I couldn't believe it to be honest. Much smoother than the old truck, and has good power as well.
I can't want to tow with it. We're definitely looking forward to that.
