I think shame is a little extreme, unless you're just trolling. In that case, call us back when your team is playing in their record breaking attempt.

Disappointed maybe, shame, No. Great game, does not get any better than that. Canada won 5 world championships in a row, almost a record. Our boys have nothing to be ashamed for and should hold their heads up high, they played an awesome game and hopefully we'll get the gold back in 2011.

Congratulations to the US for winning gold!

I'd rather play and lose to you guys than anybody else, we are still brothers here. No hard feelings, just get us next time!

SHAME you are for sure not in tune.As a matter of fact I would like you to lick a toilet bowl.
We play hockey (Canadians) but if we loose we do with grace.
Yes it hurt to loose. We love our game.
The crowd in Saskatoon was so good, our boys lost and after a short moment of shock they (the crowd) stood to a standing ovation to the American team.
We as Canadians will never be derelict in our attitude of our sport.
And that also goes with our people in current conflicts and previous.
We stand on gard for thee

Nah, I think the comment was taken out of context.
Now this is shame - more liberal, socialist, tree hugger, nut case Ignatieff, Pelosi, Obamanite like stuff:

"OTTAWA — The country's largest airline has been ordered to create a nut-free zone on flights to accommodate passengers with serious nut allergies.

The government agency overseeing airline consumer complaints on Thursday gave Air Canada 30 days to come up with a plan to create a "buffer zone" for each aircraft type when passengers with nut allergies warn them ahead of time."

That's what happened in the lounge we were watching it in.....Well not quite a standing ovation, but cheering and good humour returned in short order.
