I read another article that said he was trying to take a picture with the dropped cell phone. One thing is consistent between both articles, the owner has more money than brains.

the only thing that would have made that better is if he would have had that car wound up to about 200 when he hit the lagoon....

I wonder if he had a clause in his insurance policy to cover stupidity?? Something tells me he probably has the money to buy another one
