Morning ladies and gents. Nice to see everyone up and taking swipes back and forth already. Jab Jab Cross Hook Upper, that will slow them down, no gouging eyes or pulling lizards tails.

Hat speaking of girls, neighbor down the road had 5 girls and his wife, only man in the house. I couldn't imagine.

Back down into the minus no's for temp today. Stupid weather doesn't know what it wants to do. Little weather rock got covered by snow so that didn't help.

Thought I tasted a hint of lizard tale in the coffee... wonder who put that in there?

Now you got me thinking about lunch already... gotta think of something to help me lose the lizard after-taste and these scales.

Mmmm... Lunch. Sounds like a good idea. What is for lunch? I feel like some BBQ... There's a place in town that's pretty good, and they cater. Want me to call them?

Mornin' all,
Where is everybody this morning? Coffee left and a few donuts to munch.
Plug in the truck weather last night, down in the 30'sF. Cool and sunny so far today. Kidlets off to the think tank, wife to work.
We were up till 0200 today, I some times help here with her college homework. I know it isn't right, but I help any way. She just has to get it submitted. She can do her presentations in her jammies, not like Dullydog having to get all dressed up. But she don't get to meet anyone face to face.
Made strawberry short cake last night. Fresh whipped cream. Only can get the ultra pasturized stuff. IMHO is don't whip as well or taste as good and the fresh heavy whipping cream in the old days. Must have been OK tho, it got scaffed up. Had the doughboy help make the shortcake biscuits.

Chaikwa, that glue should work fine. Glue is used by Boeing, and others, to bond the wing and skin panels on the big jets. The aluminum fails before the bonded joint.

Got a few loose ends to take care of. Still dealing with a few medical bills from Januay 2006 when the wife was in the hospital.

Have a good un and be safe out there.

Whats up guys? I had a heck of a weekend! Went campin, and that was a blast. however, last night, my night went really sour. I was down on campus pulling into a parking garage; and a kid walked right in front of my truck. My natural reaction was to hit the brakes, and pull away from him. Well I did that, and a tight turn with a long bed pick up left me rubbing against the concrete pylon. No bueno. Got some damage. First time with this pickup, and it hurts

It'll get fixed, just sucks. Atleast I didn't hit the kid right? Ha.

I'm in class now; just hanging out. I need to go do some rodeo'n. Time for some stress relief. Hope ya'll are having a good day.

Yep looks like we will be chilly up here for a couple more weeks, -45 this morning. went down to the village store yesterday to get some ice cream and tossed it in the bed of the truck, friend pulled in and we went over to his place, some 24 year old kid went out sledin (snowmachine) at two in the morning and -50. He hit some rocks and was thrown from the machine, time they found him at 7:30 he was froze pretty stiff, troopers had to bring a pickup because he wouldn't lay flat in the trunk. Pure stupidity like that will kill you fast up here. By the time I got home my icecream was so solid I had to let it warm up to even dip any out, and even then I had to nuke it a bit to eat it....

Got lazy here, grilled a couple of ratburgers, chips and iced tea. Solved the hungries.

AKTallPaul, was working in Fairbanks years ago on Halloween. Guy that was taking me around said "Hope it don't go below zero so the kids can go out trick or treating."
In Seattle if it got below about 45F the kids didn't go out. In Houston if is below about 60F the kids don't go out. If it is gonna be below 40F there is talk of closing the schools.
Just depends on what you get acustom to.
Now that you got that screamer of a computer, are you going to get hi speed interner? DSL, cable modem or Directway satelite?
