I keeps you from walking through the woods and will wrap up a dozer. I hate them, but some people on small lots like them for privacy. If you are trying to take them out with the buket of a tractor watch out they are like springs.

 

Sounds like trying to doze Sumac (spelling?) they just bounce right back up you end up having to take the top 6" to get them out. I just spike em and wait for em to die them pile em up and have a weenie roast.
