LOL, Thats the same job I applied for back in 1986, fresh out of school.

I still wouldn't mind taking it.

i doubt that ... i remember when i was talking to them straight outta school, they were definitely working on their own schedule ... I heard later on that an internal squabble killed the position I was applying for ... they never called anyone back ...

Thought I might apply 'til I read some of the requirements. They want the impossible;

"Ability to interact with Cummins customers in a positive and constructive manner"
"Must be open to change"

Although there is one requirement I already possess and use here as the janitor;

"Ability to work with limited information and a tolerance for ambiguity"

chaikwa.

or other versions. Basically a letter from a company saying they do not want to hire you. At least that's what we called them in school

"At Cummins, regardless of your degree or area of expertise, you have the capacity and the opportunity to immediately impact our organization and our future."

What they are really saying in this statement is "Buy a CTD"

Don't laugh, I have a 21 year degree in just this.

We built a 2-1/2 million dollar machine, installed it, and were producing product before the Accounting department had approved the AFE and sent the Accounting notices................ Then they were hacked because no one pays attention to them.
