9 months later- part Dos
9 months later- part Dos
To those who have been following the seemingly never-ending saga of "When am I going to get some heat", I'm proud to announce:
The HVAC shop just left
[glow=red, 2, 300]I HAVE HEAT[/glow]

It's currently 75* INSIDE my office, and the AC when they tested it will pull temps down 'til I see Scotty's penguins pulling on Blue Wool sweaters. ;D ;D ;D
Original work order was dated May 2001. :

You are in government service, right? You have heat now, your a/c works now. Let's check back in 4-5 months and see if that's the case. How about a bureaucrat coming in and saying all a/c's should be set for 80 degrees and all heaters set for 65 degrees. Sound familiar. Happened back under the Carter administration.

Re:9 months later- part Dos
NWDave, actually I'm a Goverment Contractor.
Only maybe 10 people on the installation even know my office area exists. ;D
And I prefer to keep it that way.
And 65* of heat would have been an improvement ;D Several days the temps in my office in the AM were in the 40s.
One Monday morning I walked into 38* inside temps.
But it's all good now. ;D 8)
