*sigh* have cabin fever...must get out...

Here is my problem... I have a '93 w250 reg cab. I also have a wife and two kids. My oldest is 19 mo and my youngest is 3 mo. I would like to get out and "hug a tree" However two adults and two car seats in a regular cab make for some really cosy quarters. leaving the wife and kids at home really isn't an option and the car isn't up to the task of running through the bush. I really would love to have an '03 3500 quad 4x in the driveway but that isn't happening until this time next year. So... this is a long winded way of asking if there are any "double wide" car seats out there? Any other sugestions? ???

If you are asking about double child-safety seats, there are none. The purpose of the child seat is to protect them in the event of a crash. A double seat wouldn't protect either child as well as a single seat would protect each.

Sorry to be the bearer of bad news. Instead of an '03 next year, what about a '99 this year. If these trucks are properly cared for, they last a long time. I love my '99! (and no, I don't want to sell mine!)

DeWain
There is also the problem of the diffrent child sizes. I didn't really think there was such a seat but I thought I would throw it out there anyway. As for the used truck that is still an option. That is if I can find one with low(er) miles at a reasonable price.
