Yeah, I know, but it only sounds like fun.
Quit whining, you've only got 39 more years on your contract and you get to keep the sheep.

Just got home this morning and it's raining. No need for you to get special treatment.

Afternoon all. Waiting for Alabama football to crank up.

Mr Madhat Sir,
The list of weird stuff you have missed would use up my monthly data plan if I uploaded it. Let's just say that crowd in here (myself included) have neither improved nor matured with age.

Hope you are keeping your head down over there.

I just have the one cold smoker that I can put a big hot plate in to use as a regular smoker when needed.
I had never seen a propane fired vertical water hot smoker and have looked them up.
I Want one of those! What a great looking unit. With very little mods it looks like you could use it as a cold smoker also.

I didnt even try to go this year. Takes me over 5 hours to get there and the weather can change a lot in 5 hours.

Yeah, I know. If it wasnt for the rain I would have to find something else to complain about.

Evening all.

Just got a flyer from a forestry supplier in the mail today offering free shipping, a hat and a tee shirt if I bought a Stihl saw from them. Then in the next ad they described their Huqvarna saws that are so good that, unlike some of their competitors, didn't need gimmicks to sell them. I wonder if that was intentional or if someone just wasn't paying attention.

Strawberry ice cream with bacon bits in the freezer if anyone wants some!

OMG, my belly hurts. It turns out that 2 adults, no matter how determined, can't make a serious dent in 8lbs of smoked brisket. Where were all of you?
