He isn't home. He's out traveling somewhere but I think it's a secret because he didn't say where he was heading. Hope he had his place battened down good!

Afternoon DTR. Raining here today, doing to maintenance to the wife's toyota corolla and working around in the garage.

Tallguy67 08-26-2012 05:02 PM

Here is a few words of warning. Never watch Diners, Drive In's and Dives when you haven't figured out supper. We are now having hamburgers with onion rings on them, coleslaw and corn on the cob. Next Saturday we are going to smoke a brisket and make North Carolina BBQ sauce. Is it just a little weird that we have 2 briskest on hand??

FiverBob may have gotten confused and gone to Cuba to outrun the storm.

Hey! A fellow plane wrencher was posting in the random pic thread a couple weeks ago.

Raining here. Darn, I was going to do some painting too.
Life can be so disapointing sometimes.
Guess I will just have to eat something and take a nap.

Diner Drive ins and Dives is a good show and I agree that one should not watch it when hungry.

Hey ALL! good posts, keep 'em coming!

appreciate garden fresh veggies, also nice to get away with ordering hubby to raid the garden for tonight's salad. snicker snicker (he likes food a little more than being the boss)

nice weather, real son has girlfriend, cleans apartment now. no communication with parents....good for him! another promotion at work due to his work ethic/ team player for the job goals.

second son comes out from buffalo; hour and a half drive. loves to work, so we help him learn to operate the backhoe, cut wood, listen to his work week (HVAC guy) and go for motorcycle rides.
he tells my son how to be polite to a girl, even trade...

Hey Shorts! sis in law just went back to DFW. loved our 65 degrees and cool breezes...hehehe

Yo...

How is everyone? I sure have missed a lot of breakroom...

The internet here is terrible, they have two wifi rooms, but you can never get on. I made buddies with a civilian here that has regular internet in their office, they're hooking me up...
