rain date for obx prodiesel challenge

Rain date is gonna be the first Saturday of next month. Only time Ken can get a pulling sled for the next few months. Racing classes will include superstreet and et brackets. No way we will be able to get the Pro Streets or Team Scheid back on such a short notice. A new payout structure will be released soon.

Jess:

Thanks for re-posting this for the Members. Johnner and I will be there. Hopefully, the weather will be better for us on this one Jess.

Jess, will you and Buck try to structure a Quick Diesel or Pro-Street Type Class for trucks like yours, mine, Tim's, Bobby's, Ed's etc.??? That would be a good class and we could just compete against each other if they are all able to show-up. I am sure there will be more too. I know you are trying to get all this together, so keep us posted buddy! Let me know if there is anything I can do to help you guys out.

Thanks again Jess.

John the classes planned are superstreet, and bracket.and if we get some stick trucks perhaps we can throw a stick class together.ed wayne has a pull on the ohter end of the state so he wont be there.but i have 2 local guys who will run in superstreetas well as myself.so that is three.we get a few more and it will be a decent show for the crowd.it is gonna hurt being after the ts event, but its the only week that can fit.more info will come as i get it.

Thanks for the information Jess! Is SuperStreet pretty much the same index times as Pro-Street or Quick Diesel?

Good question.the deal on superstreet is a 2wd truck must weigh 5400-5600 lbs and a 4x4 must weight 6000 minimum.and run a dot approved tire,so cheaters are ok.other than that it is a heads up class, lights shine and both leave, first person out the traps wins the race...

Thanks again Jess. Do you run the "Pro-Tree" in that class or the Amateur Tree?

Jess, I will not be able to make it down for the rain date, as there is some type of diesel drag race at Pittsburgh Raceway Park that day. Hope to see you guys at BG. Thanks Steve B.
