If we have to...we can just slide it out of your truck into the bed of my dually. Tailgate height should be about the same

This was a great event today!

I want to sincerely thank David (iracemx6) and his friend, Kevin for their invitation to the diesel crew here at NCDTR #18.

For those of you that did not make it, there were some good times posted by
some of our NCDTR #18 Crew today. I will let everyone post their own times, but I want to SINCERELY congratulate two of our Members.

First off, Chris Croom (fastgraphite04) brought out his very quick Dodge Hemi Pickup and ran a best of 12.82 today. Then Brian (00PowerStroke) ran a blistering 11.90@112.23 MPH!! Brian, you have GOT to have one of the fastest Ford 7.3 PSD's in the U.S. Sir! Great job Brian!

I really appreciate EVERYONE that took the time to come to this event!!!!

It was also very nice to finally get to put a face to some of the names from this site and I hope we get to do another event soon.

Kevin told me that we had around 400 spectators and 125 vehicle entry's so that was way more than enough to cover the rental of the track...$4K

Sorry that I didn't run my diesel, but I'm trying to get the kinks worked out of this alky setup on my race truck....next event though it's 6.0 time

Thanks again John for helping get the word out and to everyone that attended.

David

I would really like to say thank you for the invitation from you guys. My truck ran awesome and it was nice talking to everyone. It ran its best time so far and it was all on # 2 / H20. Did anyone get any videos or Pics? I'll probably see most of you guys at Rockingham in April.

As always I had a great time out at CPD with all you guys. John P. thanks for everything. It was great to see Johnner and David and all the REALLY FAST vehicles in attendance on Sat. Thanks for the invitation out and thanks for grabbing the trucks new personal best (12.80) John. Makes me wonder what doing a full track prep would've yielded?? To David, that is one beast of a truck you got there......alcohol is still stinging my eyelids, lol. Congrats to Brian (sorry didn't meet you) on your truck breaking into the 11's. Once again, had a blast. Chris

Chris:

Glad you were able to make it out there. You have come a LONG way with that Dodge Hemi of yours and it was fun taking it down the track! Thanks.
I remember not too long ago I was watching you run 16's out there at CPD.

If you think your eyes were stinging what do you think mine were doing

Congrats on the new best and glad you could make it for the event.

This is only going to get bigger and better so anyone that missed it will have another chance.
Maybe next time I'll have the bugs worked out of this alky setup and can really lay some times down!
