Hey I have new axles to go in my Grizz too this weekend! One front and one rear... Hate those dang things... Replace with 'stronger' aftermarket and broke one of them too, probably replaced 3 or 4 now...

 

Where did you get your aftermarket ones from?

I shattered the right rear outer CV the same afternoon that I put my lift and tires on. Probably didn't help that I had two people on my machine and I ended up towing my buddy's Grizz (also with two people) back to the house, then went back to playing. First doughnut in the soft stuff just shattered it. I don't think I found any piece of the cage larger than 3/4" inch when I pulled the boot.

 

sorry to interupt the convo guys but was wondering if anybody had anymore info on the alavarado meet? Just wondering. I am trying to put a pass in for that weekand so work doesnt screw me like they always seem to do. Military has so many ups but I swear taking time off and planning events can be a pain in the you know what...

I won't be there. I'll be relaxing on the back of a horse in the middle of the desert in arizona drinking a cold beer with the girl friend. Yall don't have to much fun without me.

 

If i get back from florida in time i will be there.

 

Redline is still our 1st priority, but it'd be fine with me if there was another rain delay - need more time to make parts and prep the truck, and I accidentally comitted to bottling a couple hundred gallons of V.B. White at the winery Saturday night.

.... and I can't imagine both festivities would mesh well!

I can't remember the guys name, but Skip worked on the house (actually 3 buildings in all) for over two years. A large room in the basement is full of new clothes (formal, hiking, skiing, etc) in all sizes for their quest to use. When you're invited, you bring nothing with you and when you leave, you have new duds. I'm sure the guest really need help getting new clothes.

 

Court was a Joke! Never got inside the court room!! Clerk pulled us into an anteroom, four at a time, and said "You want deferred....your want deferred...you want deferred? If yes...get 90 days to keep clean and to pay fine ($318.00 for 30 over)....which is all I wanted... I guess!
But it's obviously just a money factory for the county... which kind of stinks!! Guess I should not be complaining!

Need to be a good boy and do any and all testing for Mach 6's in Texas for 90 days!!

Just got back to work....and it's raining HARD again!

Wow...every ticket I ever got where I couldn't do defensive driving, they wouldn't even consider giving me deferred. I guess I screw around in the wrong counties. Where was your ticket? Texas or Oklahoma?

That sounds more like the NTTA toll violation tickets. When you show up for court, the clerk says "You can just pay $75 and be done, or you can go see the judge and risk paying $xxx.xx (can't remember the number)." Luckily I had mine at the Frisco court so I was in and out. I've heard that in Dallas, you wait all day to see the judge and then the clerk makes the offer after you've been there all day.
