anybody know anyone that has a home for rent or in the real estate business. I am trying to move out of this **** apartment and trying to find a single family home.

 

What area? My Aunt has a single family in Forest Hill right near me for rent, and my Grandmother has a couple that will be avalible soon.

My aunt rents for 1250 it is a brick rancher 3 bed 2 bath

Right on the BelAir/ Forest Hill line.

yeah i know its a buyers market but i am still rebuilding my credit from my wife messing it up plus I am working on relocating to NC here in another year so wouldn't be the best idea to buy a home if I will need to sell it a year later. Would lose alot of money. And I am sorry i didn't put down a area but i am trying to stay south of baltimore, howard county, ann arundel county, but will go as far as sykesville.

And as far as buying noone wants to lend a first time home buyer 350k without a huge down payment.

Tim, im actually looking at houses in AA county (Millersville/Pasadena areaa). Depending on if I get one built or I buy an existing one, Ill have a house within the next 1-5 months. You interested in renting a room? I also know a few people with rental properties in that area if youre interested. Let me know what your price range is and ill see what I can do.

gotcha. what you looking to spend a month? My real estate friend has 18 houses in AA county (not sure which are vacant) and she knows plenty of other people in the same industry with rentals.
