White Smoke, Rough Idle, F Pressure all over

After the last time I filled up my truck it started smoking(white smoke) really bad on start up. I went and got some additive to dump in the tank thinking it was bad fuel and it cleared it up for a day or two. It started doing it again and I top off the tank from another station and added more additive to it and it's still doing it. My X monitior is showing fuel pressure at idle averages around 14 I think, but it jumps all over. From 12.5 to 15.5 at idle and going down the road it never stays the same. Do you all think my lift pump is toast? If it is what is better then putting the stock on back on? I can't afford a FASS right, we are moving in about 45 days so money is alittle more then tight.

By the pressures you are indicating, the lift pump is doing ok. I would make sure the fuel system is not sucking air somewhere, but first, is there any slight chance that fuel fill was gasoline instead of diesel?

No it's diesel in it, when it first started happening I thought it was just bad fuel but I don't know now. How and where would you start looking for a air leak? I did check for codes and there wasn't any at all.
