Question Truck is sluggish?

OK guys my TC has been unlocking and locking for a while now and I'm working on getting the noise filter from DTT. NOW, I have more problems. My check engine light came on and I got the codes read. Here is what I got:

P1693
P0237
P0121

Now my latest problem is when i press on the throttle to go its really really slow accelorating. It shifts and stuff just takes a long time to get up to speed. Could this be related to the P0237 code which I believe is my MAP? My fuel pressure is 8 idle, and WOT 5 so I am getting a new Lift Pump too. So do you think this is my MAP sensor or my rear speed sensor or my injection pump drawing straight from the fuel tank and not using the LP? Also does anyone know if you can get the APPS from cummins or do I have to get it from dodge? Part numbers and prices would be much appreciated! Thanks and I hope my problem is the MAP.

BTW, I have done the APPS reset about a bazillion times and it fixes the TC locking and unlocking for a while. I just did it the other night and its not unlocking but now its sluggish so I don't know. I hope its not a new APPS.

I don't know the number but do know the CPS is simple device that rarely fails.
Most often the problem is in it's wiring or the gap, which should be about the same as a credit card. Don't start throwing parts at it just yet.

If the CPS was bad w ould it throw a certain code? The guy from DTT said that the bouncing idle once in a while sounded like my CPS and also i read somoene that said their Tach just went dead and no power then came back and it was the CPS. Those are my problems so thats what i'm thinking. I just dont know what sensors to change!

If your CPS was bad your tach, A/C, or alternator would work.

Ok so do you think this is my MAP sensor? Does the P0237 code mean my MAP sensor is bad? Funny thing is as soon as I order the noise filter it stops but maybe cause I added a little tranny fluid and reset the APPS. Hasn't done the unlocking and locking for a few days but it's also been cooler so I haven't used the AC. I got the filter so we'll see. what about this check engine light deal? Should I just get it and see?
