I started my truck yesterday mourning and it ran like crap for about 15 seconds and was pouring white smoke but then it ran fine and I drove it home about a two hour ride. Then yesterday afternoon I went to move it and it would turn over but not start. Then it fired up this mourning and did the same thing runnin rough and lots of white smoke for about fifteen seconds, and then it was running fine. Anybody have any ideas? Thanks in advance for the help.

 

Check for codes .
Check fuel pressure .
Open fuel filter drain & catch with clean glass container , let sit for a couple hrs , then see if there is any thing other than fuel in there , water , particals .
Since it is as new as it is , you should check with the dealer , warranty ?

 

The check engine light came on but when I checked it for codes none came up. I'm taking it to the dealer tommorow, but figured I would ask to see if anybody had any ideas.
