Truck Died!!

So, I thought I had a CP3 issue because truck stopped running. Leading up to it, the truck had high EGTs, extremely low power, and tons of black smoke. Well, it wasn't the CP3. I swapped a known good CP3 and FCA in and I get the same thing.

Issues:
1.) Smoke at idle but not extremely rough!
2.) Poor throttle response
3.) High EGTs
4.) Tons of black smoke when driving
5.) Once coolant temp rises, truck is not drivable and stalls out

Checked:
1.) Fuel filters
2.) Swapped CP3 and FCA as a unit
3.) Changed walbro lift pump
4.) Checked boost boots
5.) No fuel in oil
6.) No oil in coolant
7.) No fuel leaks
8.) Checked injector tubes and lines

I can't think of anything else. This morning I disconnected each injector one at a time and got a noticeable difference in idle quality, tone, and smoke. This tells me that the injectors are doing what they are suppose to! Am I wrong in thinking that way?

I'm at a huge loss now. I have no clue what the issue could be. The weird thing is; it will idle fine with a bit of smoke until it reaches a certain temp and then smoke starts to roll, idle fluctuates until it eventually quits running. What in the heck could this be? Almost seems to be sensor related. I just don't know which one if any.
Anyone?

This is my only vehicle and I'M IN DESPERATE NEED OF SOME HELP

I'm no expert, but black smoke is too much fuel, or timing way off.
How is your MPG, the same or buring more fuel.
Do you get any codes?

MPG started to drop off a little bit ago. I can't tell ya what it is at this point because I haven't been able to drive since last Thursday. There are no codes at all!

Have you checked the rail valve? If it is leaking you will get similar symptoms. I had this issue on the '05, but not as bad as what you are describing. You can always try plugging it to see if this solves your issue.

Yep, Rail valve has been capped since before the issue. Thanks
