Yup. Snap-on has sockets that are made to grip the bolt or nut when they are stripped. They work great and will work with a impact wrench. I use them daily.
If you can drive one on the bolt it will take it out or break the bolt.

What is stripped? The hex head or is the bolt spinning and not backing out?

If it's the head, drop down to a 6 point 9mm. tap it on with a hammer.

I sometimes will weld a nut to the head with my mig welder.

All the suggestions above are good. Welding a nut on has an additional advantage in that sometimes (sometimes, not always!) the heat can loosen rust etc.

Thumbs up Water

If you use the welded nut method Make sure you put a little water on the nut after you weld to cool the bolt a little so it does not just twist and brake the bolt off when hot.
I use this method at least twice a week at my job, works great.
