Re:STAINS!

I found a product at wally world called Hot Shot or Hot Spot, cant remember. Its in a blue and orange aerosol can. So far this stuff has amazed me, Grease, coffee, blood, fixes it all.
Good luck!!!

My vote is also for aerosol brakeclean. It works wonders on grease/oil stains on clothing or upholstery. If it doesn't work on the tar, at least it will work on the WD40. Good luck.

Re:STAINS!

Apache is correct, but the name is SPOT SHOT. Works on everything from blood to grease, to doggy stains. I use it religiously in my CTD and the carpet looks about as good as new.
I would use it to get the remainder of what didn't take all of the gunk out first (like go-jo, or what not.)

Best of luck to ya!

Oh yeah.. It will work in your house, too, so the wifey will love it!
