signal light problem

my friend's 99' 3500 has a problem with the right turn signal, it blinks really fast, but just on the right side front, none of the rear lights for the brake or turn work, (but I might add that the park lights work fine, think I might have left that part out the first go round, sorry)??? we changed all related bulbs,( it's a flatbed so the rear taillight bulb, tail/signal marker in the headache rack, and front signal bulb) but nothing helped, checked the wires going to the trailer plug & they tested the same except with the 4-ways on then the right turn/brake wire flashed even with the others, but still no brake/signal lights on the bed?? I know that the brake & turn are the same wire, but just can't seem to find the problem anywhere between the cab & the lights, no wires loose & with a test light they test the same no matter where I test them, was just wondering if there was anything else I should look for??? also all fuses & relays checked out ok??? not sure where else to look??? Thanks, Dusty

Is it possible that you may have a bad ground problem for the rear lights somewhere?

I checked the ground to the individual lights, doesn't make sense cuz the park lights are working everywhere, so if it wasn't grounded good I should have nothing??? I'm not real sure what to look for now? thanks, Dusty

Usually when the blinkers blink fast a bulb is burned out.
Also make sure the hazard flashers weren't accidentally put in the on position.
I've seen times when this has happened with a burned out flasher unit, the hazards don't light up but other lighting goes haywire.
