Oil leak

I have a oil leak that is covering the bottom of my truck. I looked around and it looks like it is coming from around the power steering pump. I tried to tighten the bolts put all where tight. I checked the fluid level and it is fine. I started looking at it more and it looks like it is coming from around the shaft that goes to the pump, I am not sure of this though. Has anyone had this similar probelm? And what is right before the power steering pump, oil pump maybe?
Thanks Dave
