Generally that's a death code for the VP.
Do you have a good LP? Should check fuel pressure. If you have fuel pressure, I got one going from advice on here, take the intake horn off and light her off using WD-40 or flammable brake cleaner. That particular truck took about 15 seconds or so of running on brake cleaner before the pump finally took over.
Do that at your own risk, I was freaked out the whole time I was doing it.
The one I did was after replacing a LP that had been dead for a while, from the sounds of it, yours is probably a IP.
