I parked my truck in the driveway this afternoon. I started my truck up tonight and the steering has a loud machine gun sound vibration. It is bad when turning the wheel. If I just press the brake pedal it has the same sound vibration but not as loud. The fluid Is clean and not foaming. I'm leaning towards the hydroboost but am not sure. Any ideas ?

 

It sounds like it's low on fluid. Check on the engine side of the hydro boost there is a weep hole that fluid will come out of when you turn the wheel...or you have a hose leaking.
