I need to find one of these brackets asap for my daily driver and I need to find a new o ring too can any help? Thanks, Dominic

What happened? I can't help but think it was put together wrong? Looks like there is an O-ring being crushed there? Hard to tell from the pic. Or hit with a hammer LOL

They actually consider that part of the vacuum pump. And you will likely have to buy a whole pump to get it.

Well I work at Chrysler and the o ring is go figure NLA so I figured why no crank'er on down with a little thicker one it'll get me by and it got almost tight then pop! Thats when the cussing started... So after a 12 Jr day this happens

Gould Gear & Electric sells a very nice rebuild kit for the vacuum pump. You "might" be able to have that welded up.

There should be nothing between those two flanges. It needs to tighten up metal-to-metal, or, well, the ear will break off! The O-ring has a groove it sits in, and seals radially.

Yea I might if I cant find one then its rtv time to get me by but this o ring was too thick so thats wat probably did it rubber usually stretches more haha
