Lookin for Viton O-rings
A friend of mine has a ford and it's leaking fuel around the o-rings at the water seperator valve. It takes a #202 O-ring.
Ford only wants to sell the valve kit.....58 bucks!!
Anyone know of A PLACE IN THE DFW area that sells these bad boys??

What year is his truck? Ford had a problem with the water seperator drain leaking. I've got an '84 with the 6.9. I went on Ebay and purchased a new one for a Kumatsu Dozer for like $12. Mounted it in the same space after I threw away the original and have never had another problem with it.

Look for a bearing house. Motion Industries, Applied Industrial, Kaman Industrial. Anybody will have them although you may have to buy a package of them. If they don't have them, they will know where to get them.

Do like everyone said and go to an industrial hydraulic dealer. I just did mine on my 2000 PSD, I found depending on the Mfg. of the o-rings they can have different size designations -202 is the same as #90. The actual dimentions for those o-rings are 1/2"O.D. X 1/4"I.D. I got my viton o-rings for $0.45 ea. at a local industrial hydraulic seal dealer. You will also need a torx t-20 bit and ratchet to loosen the bolts.

Yep #20 torx and 1/4" ratchet does the trick. Still a pain in the ****, or should I say back to get to. Took about 20 min.s to complete the task.
