How Much Pressure Should The Lift Pump Put Out On A 2001, I Have 16lbs At The Fitting On Inlet Of Pump

No less than 7 psi at anytime, including wide-open throttle.

Yes, pressure at idle doesnt mean anything - but pressure at cruise and Wide Open Throttle are important
