My Fass pump is no longer working. It worked earlier when I was out and about, and then I parked it for a couple hours and now it's silent. So far i've checked the fuse in the power wire (good) traced the power wire and haven't found anything suspicious. I really don't want to trash another Vp44 ,so any help here would be a life saver. The fass was installed last spring so it's fairly new.

 

What is your fuel pressure?

 

well, after some further investigation, and a little persuasion with a blunt object it turns out the relay was bad. One trip to the diesel shop and it's fixed. I'm definitely keeping a couple spare relays just in case. Relays are cheeper than injection pumps...whew!

 

Sweet I'm glad you got that fixed, and YES relays are WAYYYYYY cheaper than a injection pump!!
