Headlight problem
Do you have access to a multi meter & familiar with using ?
Unplug the head lights , check continuity of the filaments in the head lights , then see if power is getting to the low beam .
After that it could be the switch in steering column , do a search here , for wiring diagrams , to find you specific truck , someone should know that model & give more info soon .
