I havnt had a code yet concering this had the cam sensor code once but that was a whole diff deal.

 

Hey harp, try this, next time it does the 30mph gonna go no faster, turn our ignition key off/on while driving. If it straightens out and runs fine for a while, I'll put your money on a new VP-44. Mine did it for about 50K miles before I ponied up the cash to replace it (outta warranty). Give her a try and let us know. BTW, the shop that did mine put on a Czech pump, and crossing fingers after 40K miles, it is still running like a champ.

Just a thought, Check your airfilter box, maybe you have leaves or something being suck up against your filter.

 

My 02 2500 Ho 4x4 6speed and a friends did the exact same thing. Mine would get to a speed and I would stay there for a while, when I would accelerate nothing there. I would then back off for a little bit and it was back to normal. Dealer ended up replacing our injection pumps. My friend is a Dodge tech. at one time they did not test LP by pressure but by volume before they would replace them. Hope this helps.

 

Well I reset the Apps and have the same problem still occuring im affraid the ol pump is dieing fellas. And I finally threw P0216 so any suggestions on what pump i should replace this one with might go ahead and do a few power mods while im fixing this problem.

Get NEW pump from Dodge! Reynolds or Hoyt! With that code...should be a done deal.
Add HP after.
