Welcome to DTR, more information would be helpful, what tranmission, how does it start when its cold.
Stalling and no starts when hot usually indicate that the injection pump is wore out. But before we call the pump shot there are a few things to check. Is you idle high enough? This would explain the stalling, but not the starting problem.
Pull the internal parts out of the fuel shut off selenoid and put it back in. You can shut it down with the lever on the side of the pump. This will eliminate the selenoid and the wiring as a cause of stalling/no starts. If its still stalling and not starting when its hot then I'd say the pump is probably shot. If it the behavior you have now stops then you have to trace the problem into the wiring and PCM.
Last thing you can try and I say this last because it can damage a good pump doing this. If you still have the hot start issues after the above troubleshooting try pouring water on the injection pump head to cool it off. If it starts then there is not doubt the pump is done. Guys with worn out pumps on 6.9 and 7.3 IDI fords would do this when they wouldn't start hot.
Good luck with it.
