Dead 91

I was driving my 91 down the highway about 65 and it just shut off. It is an early 91 so it doesnt have a crank position sensor. I pulled the plunger out of the shut off solenoid and tried to crack it off with still no luck. I broke my injector lines lose and got a little fuel but it was very bubbly. SO i hand primed it at the lift pump and still real low volume of fuel and no pressure at injectors. SO reinstalled the injector lines. Opened the bleed screw on the Injection pump side of the mechanical pump and fuel squirted everywhere when i pumped the prime lever. SO i know i have fuel getting to the injector pump but it isnt pressuring it up or i have a air leak somewhere. any help?

Sounds like you are air bound.
Loosen the front 3 lines and crank it until fuel sprays, tighten them and loosen the back 3 until fuel sprays. You might have to do this a couple times before it barks. Then tigten everything up and start 'er up.

What Dave said. The 1st gens prime pretty easy once you crack 3 injector nuts.
