Cracked Exhaust Manifold

I have a 2001 H.O. 3500 with Jacobs exhaust brake (107k miles) that has a brkn exhaust manifold.

Does anyone know of a source for used ones? I need to fix it before 9/5 for a trip. Is there any tricks or pitfalls I should be aware of?

Thank you!

Pitfall: Wasting money on a stock manifold.

Get a 3 piece from ATS or HTT. The HTT one comes assembled and drilled and tapped for a pyro gauge.

Dont waste your money on a stock 1 piece manifold. ATS is a few bucks more and will likely be the last you will have to buy.

There's a wastgated ATS manifold on TDR classifieds. You only need it if you are planning higher HP, otherwise just get a regular ATS manifold. If you can't justify that yet, check www.car-part.com.

Thank You, everyone for your input. I found a new stock manifold for $289.95 with a lifetime warranty from directauto.com.

If I where thinking of keeping this truck for a long time yet, I would have gone with an ATS.

Thanx again!

You will definatly use the lifetime warrenty if you keep your truck for 100k miles.

Holy smackers, I might be a poor man but those people are crazy. I'm wonderig if a little tig weld might just seal up this little problem cuz I sure ain't payin that kind a money. That's dern near $500 for a complete manifold setup and it's not even advertised as bein gold filled.
