1690= IP ckp sensor does not agree with ecm ckp problem in fuel sync signal; possible IP timing problem; does it have low power, or did the motor die?

the truck drives fine before and after the light came on. the only thing that's been going on is that at idle i can watch the fuel light on the tst box flicker instead of not coming on at all at idle. it sorta makes the truck sound like a gasser with a small lope.

i'm finally getting around to put my FASS II in, actually in the process right now. i'm going to try to get my gauges in tomarrow, or at least my fuel pressure.

i was wondering if one of the sensors on the filter canister could have gone out and tripped the code.

also by chance could my map sensor be going bad and trip the code?

Yeah - low lift pump pressure can do that.
