From the 2000 factory manual
p-1475 Auxilliary 5 volt output too high
possible causes
5V supply circuit short to power
map sensor wiring harness intermittent
map sensor wiring observable

From the 2000 manual
1. start engin and let idle. disconnect the map sensor connector. check connector and clean/repair as necessary. using a voltmeter measure the 5 volt supply circuit to the map sensor. is the voltage above 5.2 Volts?
yes. repair the 5 volt supply for short to power(i.e you have 12V touching the 5v wire somewhere)
No go to 2
2. wiggle map sensor connector any change in map sensor supply voltage?
Yes. repair harness and connector
No. go to 3
3. Inspect entire harness for damage and loose connections. Any change?
Yes Repair harness
No replace ECM
