From the 2000 factory manual

p-1475 Auxilliary 5 volt output too high

possible causes

5V supply circuit short to power
map sensor wiring harness intermittent
map sensor wiring observable
Engine control module

I can post the flow chart if needed

From the 2000 manual

1. start engin and let idle. disconnect the map sensor connector. check connector and clean/repair as necessary. using a voltmeter measure the 5 volt supply circuit to the map sensor. is the voltage above 5.2 Volts?

yes. repair the 5 volt supply for short to power(i.e you have 12V touching the 5v wire somewhere)

No go to 2

2. wiggle map sensor connector any change in map sensor supply voltage?

Yes. repair harness and connector

No. go to 3

3. Inspect entire harness for damage and loose connections. Any change?

Yes Repair harness

No replace ECM
