have you taken the transmission out yet? since install...If it is not the hydraulics, i would say wither the throughout bearing did what i described in my first response, or the clutch lever arm may have bent, I have heard of that happening with bigger clutches, although I personally would find it hard to believe witht he clutch you have and the fact that it was working correctly. I had nearly the same problem when i broke my input shaft. I could disengage the clutch to get it home i had to put the truck in gear and start it, then shift with out the clutch, it was not fun...

if you installed a new hydraulic system with the HD master/slave from South bend then its gotta be something internal.
pull that bell back and check to see if there is an issue internally. all things arent adding up yet.

alright guys haven't dropped my tranny yet cuz i aint got any time... but i called J & H Diesel down in redding and they said that i might have "potatoe chipped" my clutch. the guy was actually pretty set on that being the problem. but thats hard to believe because i drove it today (with no clutch)and was able to get on it pretty hard (didnt wanna push it just to be safe) without it having the slightest sign of slipping. you guys dont think i could have possibly made more than 1100 tq do you? with my set up i wouldnt even think to get 800 or 850. any input would be great..

im reading this and i think he installed a replacement factory master / slave since he did the slave first and then a master second. the stock replacement MC isnt adjustable i dont believe
The HD kits are pre-bled and have a quick disconnect coupler in line half way up that make installation easier but also prevents you from using them in combination with any of the stock components.

When people change their clutch they nearly always change the throwout bearing if they are smart. I see you did! What gets missed is the small bearing or bushing (depending) in the end of the crankshaft, it's much smaller than the throwout bearing but it turns just as much of the time. If it's dragging there's your problem.

If you don't replace the master/slave as a combo unit (the SBC one is a combo) then I have heard problems getting the system bled of air without a pressure bleeder. Thats why I replaced mine with the SBC combo unit a few months ago when I upgraded to SBC Con O MU 13-1.25 clutch.
If thats not it then you need to pull the tranny...I know thats not what you want to hear. Give Peter a call at SBC and get his input or any of them can help you.
