Clutch Problems

Last night i pulled someone out of the snow, when i was done drove out fine. Stopped for a minute couldnt get the truck in gear. Had to shut the truck off to put in second, shifted alittle rough going up and down threw the gears. Have to turn the truck off to get it in reverse aswell. Engagement of the clutch pedal is now about 1/4 inch. Is it time for a new clutch or could the hydraulics possibly just be gone?
Thanks

Sounds like the hydraulics. Try pumping it up. If you can you need a new clutch linkage assy.
