Clutch disc what clutch disc
Well it happened , I was heading down a on ramp to the hiway and soon as I found 5th gear BANG and no more go. Coasted to side of the road for a long wait for a wrecker.
Just had new tires put on and had a detail job done kinda wonder if those fellows at the tire shop didnt have themselves some fun in my truck. When I showed up to pick it up they all were acting a little funny. Anyway all felt normal until that last light the clutch seemed to slip alot then it went on .
Pulled it down this weekend and the clutch disc is in a million pieces, no center left at all.
Guess its time for a South Bend or something alot stronger than the factory piece.
Anyone know of a way to disable the power for when u take it in for repairs other than hiding the control box?

Some of the aftermarket control units have valet switches available. It allows you to disable the performance product when the truck is being driven by someone other than you. Check with Edge, I suspect they have what you are looking for.
