Brake Problems

I have a '99 2500 2wd with a cummings just stock. I have replaced my rear drums becuase of the same issue. The rear brakes are working alot harder than the front. I've worked on alot of vehicles and did bleed and adjust a bunch!! It must be the master cylinder or?? I would appreciate any help or ideas. Thanks

Could be master cylinder. Could be proportioning valve. Could be hoses on front.

I believe that truck has a height sensing proportioning valve. Take a look at to see if the linkage has broken or come out of adjustment and the valve is pushed up like you have a heavy load in the bed.

I do not see anything like that. There are 2 diferent valve bodies. One looks like just a splitter and the other maybe an ABS valve body as it has a small box by it?

Mine are just tight all the time. Very touchy usually at low stop speed.
