Bad Diesel
it could clog up your fuel filter and make it run like crap, or even not run at all.
but i saw your other thread and it could also be your injection pump. Pull your codes and tell us what you got.
To pull your codes, turn your key on off on off on and watch the odometer. It will say p-pcu then give you codes (if any) then it will say p-done. Then it will say p-ecu and give you codes (again, if any) then say done. Make sure to catch both, because the 0216 lurks in the second one!

I have no use for gas, unless they magically decide to market one with 610 ft. lbs.
Gas has it's place, not for towing anything more than a landscape size trailer though.....
Even loaded heavy, that big beast would get 15mpg on the cross-country runs... and the way fuel prices are upside down, I'm not really saving any $$$ on the fuel bills for the service truck.
