air bleeder tip

never hear it mentioned but none of you guys ever just open the fuel drain after pump changes or filters to let the air bleed from the system?
open the drain ...bump the key for the lp to run. close drain. no excessive crankin or messin around opening lines. no mess all over the engine either

works everytime for me.
even when i ran it bone dry outta fuel...on I-75
