Front Drivers brake bleeder is solid?

Cracked it, no fluid, more, no fluid, more no fluid, almost all the way, had fluid dribbling out the threads. ***? I thought to myself. Pulled it all the way out, and the end where the threads are is solid, no hole at the bottom? Anyone seen this? Just another "It's just you!" story? Going to go buy another bleeder if this is not right.

Thanks.

Check around the circumference of the base of the bleeder, the hole is usually there , instead of in the end.
