95 idles only, no throttle

95 idles only, no throttle

I am near a nice lady who is pulling a horse trailer with her 95 Dodge Cummins. It is idling, (in an intersection) but there is NO throttle response. Linkage moves, though nothing happens. ???? Craig

Is all the linkage moving clear down to the back of the pump?

The linkage was covered on a recall. Have her check into it.
