92 no start

92 no start

just installed pods and fuel pin now no start. Yes i bled the air out of lines and there is power at the shutdown. Do I need to advance the timing???

No, it should start if all you did was change injectors. You probably will want to advance the timing because those injectors like a bit of timing.

Try bleeding it again, crack 3 and crank it with the throttle 1/2 way or more, wait till the fuel comes out then tighten them up and it should start and run on 3. Then you can bleed the other three while its running if you have to.

You say you have power at the shutdown, but are you sure the connection is good and there is no corrosion. Might be time to cut that bayonet connector off and use a ring terminal and put it under the nut.

Sometimes it takes a while to get all the air out. What Mike said to do will get it going.

thanks, found the problem, my bad, i also pulled the full power screw and removed the collar, didnt thread it far enough back in
