3200 rpm in but wont idle HElP plezz

me and my buddie put the new spring in my 91 but it wont idle it just dies or bogs around so you have to set the idle way to high to get it to run could someone please tell me what to do this is my daily driver and it would be nice if it worked right

You have the throttle lever indexed one spline too loose.

thanks i will try that i can kinda get it to idle ok in neutral but as soon as you put it in gear it dies any ideas

now it wont even start i took the throttle lever and the whole asembly off but it wont start ive played and played with it and im running out of ideas

You don't have it indexed right. Set it so that the little notch on the top of the throttle shaft is aligned with the 10/4 o'clock position and that should get you close.

thanks i will try that it just keeps getting worse and worse and idk what to do i have tried to get the fuel pin in the right place so idk what to try i will try that thanks

Fuel pin has nothing to do with it. The throttle shaft is indexed wrong, done the same thing myself.
