Got power to the shutoff solenoid?

Are you sure the throttle lever is indexed correctly? Did you put the full power screw back where you found it?

The shutoff solenoid is the thing near the back of the pump with wires on it. Make sure it has power when the key is turned on.

If you have power there then the problem is your throttle lever indexing, try going a spline tighter.

Take the throttle lever off and put it back on one spline tighter.
